The apartment with its 10 qm terrace to relax, its full equipped kitchen and the living room of 30 qm has to be shared with an open minded Spanish lady of 60 years who was a teacher for children. The building is in very good conditions with a garden and a swimming pool which you can use as well. The apartment is located in the quiet area of "Horta", North-estern from the city centre of Barcelona. You are in the centre of the city (Plaza Cataluņa) and on the beach in 25 minutes by bus or metro. There is also a parking available for 60 EUR/Month.
Third floor without lift. Smokers are allowed to smoke on the terrace. There are 2 cats in the flat.
