Cosy, ground floor Studio/Bachelor apartment in modern house. Private entrance. Clean & quiet. 3 piece bathroom w/ spacious shower stall, full kitchen, full size laundry. Queen bed plus twin size sofa bed. NON SMOKING. Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy. Minimum booking 7 nights unless there are fewer nights between two other bookings, that may be available. For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $50 per stay is collected on arrival.
Included are all utilities, towels, bedding, dishes, cookware, small appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, Local phone calls, wireless DSL internet connection, DVD/CD player and satellite TV. Street Parking available. Sorry no pets & not suitable for children under 7.
Close to 2 big parks, Tennis courts, Community Fitness Center, Cycling/ walking/ running trails. Convenient to Downtown.
